Before founding Enterprise Solutions Group, Janelle built her career in highly regulated, precision-driven environments, a foundation that shapes her approach to tax and financial strategy today.
She began her career working on nuclear submarine systems at Westinghouse Electric Corporation, developing a systems-based mindset and strong attention to detail. Her academic experience also included studying economics at Westminster College, Oxford, England.
Janelle later earned Series 7 and Series 27 licenses and served as a Financial & Operations Principal for a broker-dealer clearing through Bear Stearns, overseeing regulatory capital compliance and financial reporting within complex frameworks.
Today, as an Enrolled Agent and founder of ESG, she works closely with physicians, high-income professionals, and real estate investors to navigate tax compliance and long-term financial decisions with clarity, structure, and confidence.
